Provide support and expertise in developing a design that takes into consideration the Clients desires. Using knowledge and experience provide advice on aesthetics, technology, materials, operational requirements and any product limitations to set realistic and achievable expectations before moving into the detailed design.

Design development

Develop the concept design to ensure functionality and buildability, whist considering the most suitable products, materials and equipment on the market as well as estimated costs to ensure the design is achievable within the budget available.

Performance specification

Create a detailed performance specification for all materials and equipment to ensure the rooms will perform to their best, be functional and easy to maintain.

Competitive tendering & selection

Due to extensive industry knowledge, advise on suitable contractors capable of delivering the project to the required standard. Evaluate submitted tenders and provide recommendations and advice for moving forward with the construction.

Assessment of Thermal Facilities

I will come and spend an appropriate amount of time at your spa / hotel or property based on your offerings. This may involve only a visual inspection of the facilities, however the best way to complete a thorough inspection is to use the rooms as intended, spending time observing all the components, tiling, lighting and construction details.
